Happy New Years from all of us at The Dockingstation! 2011 was a busy year, there was a changing of the guard here at the show, we had some special guests roll through, and we welcomed a new member to our family…a 12″ subwoofer to help shake the studio, and anything remotely nearby, courtesy of our homie Dylan B. Thank you Dylan!
We are very excited about 2012. We plan to have many more guests on the show such as Ottawa’s own rudeboy’s Bass Machines, a return visit from musical genius Marz out of Montreal, and a strong representation from the Bassdrop Sessions Crew reppin’ Bassdrop.ca.
During this past year the show has grown in terms of the genres that we expose everyone to each week. Electro, UK Funky, Moombhaton, House, Breaks, Dancehall, Dubstep & Drum N Bass are all styles that we know so well and have such strong passions for between all of us here at The Dockingstation.
We are excited and thankful that we have the opportunity to play all of this music for you every week and we especially look forward to playing it for everyone in the new year! Big things coming in 2012!
