Jay-Z has announced his retirement from the music industry a couple of times, but now he’s back…yet again! A video for his new track was just released and the title says it all. I guess he just could not take what the rap/r&b/hip hop artists were doing to the industry. With the likes of Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Kanye West (just to name a few), auto-tune is being heard in almost every track of those genres out there, and Jay-Z has had enough.
Take a listen and watch the video for his newest track, satirically titled “D.O.A” aka DEATH OF AUTO-TUNE. He’s baaaaack. And with new hair. Looks good.
Only he could make such a statement because he is bomb.
