Don Diablo has been getting a lot of love recently, partly due to the amount of remixes and originals he’s been pumping out via the blogosphere in the last little while. I almost can’t really keep up with him — I’m two emails behind!
I’m gonna start off with some of the older stuff — a remix of UK’s CAGEDBABY by Don Diablo that appeared in our mailbox before it quickly disappeared. Along with Don Diablo mix of ‘Forced,’ as a bonus enjoy the Foamo remix which really gets everyone moving on a more aggressive tip than the Don’s laidback in ‘86 mix.

Next up is a brand new remix from this week of Brooklyn indie-rockers Plushgun. The track, like his CAGEDBABY remix, is more serene than a lot of his other stuff, using Plush’s soft vocals to his advantage to create an airy throwback to the world of the synthesized past.

Last but not least is a medley of remixes by others of Don’s new release Too Cool For School. Remixers on the bill include Trevor Loveys and In Flagranti with support from biggies like Erol Alkan, Laidback Luke, Drop The Lime, Tommie Sunshine and Hervé as well as some airplay on CSI: New York.
