I think Erol Alkan was right to call his remix a rework, because it’s so different than the original. Karen O’s voice graces the tracks only a few times whispering a few of the lyrics over the very minimal track. When the original single was released, I said we’d have a a bunch of remixes coming soon, and so far all we’ve had is big names like MSTRKRFT, N.A.S.A. and now Erol.
