A new side project by Mark Reveley and Mike Genius of WZRDZ (which we finally posted a few days ago), Kite in the Air is a different project with more melody and rhythm than their past endeavors. The group also includes the vocals of Emma Lucia of Jed & Lucia (which Mark Reveley is also a part of) adding to the melancholy female driving electroclash element. To be honest, ‘Builder’ reminds me of Ladytron… something I haven’t listened to in a long long time.
I really love how chorus comes in for this track.
