THE DOCKING STATION

After a fairly extensive and unannounced holiday break, THE DOCKING STATION returns.

Being lazy over the last three weeks, I’ve been very fortunate to do other things with my time that includes video games, drinking, smoking, traveling and DJing. I made a trip down to Toronto just after Christmas, where I met up with Docksta pal DJ Barletta. On Monday December 29th, Barletta was playing The Social — a hipster joint on Queen St. West (close to The Drake). For a small joint (about half or 2/3rds the size of Babylon) she managed to sell out with people lining up down the block. I’m not sure of The Social pulls this off every Monday, or if Hans just drags em in.

Either way it was a good time and what a better way to celebrate the holidays, Christmas and the New Year with some DJ Barletta bootlegs! He’s got a new track up on his myspace, Panther. Expect it soon.
