After three weeks without making a peep, The Disco Villains return with a new remix of ‘Sexy Neon Wine’ by fellow Mexican indie band Noise Beat Propaganda. I’d love to tell you more, but all of Noise’s information is in Spanish — and I don’t speak Spanish.

This is a pretty low key remix for DV, who tend to up the BPM and make things more aggressive. Perhaps it’s different because the original is just that, fast and aggressive (you can hear it at their myspace). I really like this track, it has a nice little guitar riff and with the addition of DV’s synth line and new drums gives a soft more electronic attitude, but doesn’t destroy the indie feel.
