G.L.O.V.E.S is Yama Indra a producer composer engineer and all round dude hailing from the magical land of Australia. For a guy I’ve never heard of, I really like his stuff and his style. His remix of ‘Changes’ by Van She was featured on the Modular release “V Remixes” for Van She. Pretty sweet, making money.
Yama is also part of Australian synth/pop duo Damn Arms on Cutters Records — Cut Copy’s label. A remix of a Cut Copy track is expected soon by Damn Arms (G.L.O.V.E.S) soon, but enough about the potential remixes and more physical ones.
The Van She remix I introduced earlier is pretty dope. 80s feel all over, G.L.O.V.E.S packs in the pop synths and funky bass line coupled with retro sounds of Nicholas Routledge and Matt Van Schie’s voices leads to one major rewind.

Van She – Changes (G.L.O.V.E.S Remix)
Yama recently signed to Bang Gang 12″s (possibly the most annoying website ever) and completed a remix for the label of The Death Set. Expect a G.L.O.V.E.S 12″ in December.

The Death Set – Listen To This Collision (G.L.O.V.E.S Remix)

G.L.O.V.E.S remix for ‘Changes’ is awesome! It has so much 80′s written all over it that its almost a guilty pleasure.
