Australian rockers Pomomofo sent us a remix of their single ‘Island’ by the Toxic Avenger.
We first saw Pomomofo on THEDOCKINGSTATION back in July with the first release of Rewind as they covered Laid Back’s ‘Ride That White Horse.’
The new EP featuring the single ‘Island’ is set to drop in about a month, entitled “In Super VGA.” There’s a video rumoured to be coming from their friend Beaufort (he is a multi-talented dude — also did the Bagraiders clip for Fun Punch).
Like a lot of other synth/pop Pomo utilizes the retro 8 bit sounds. It’s only fitting that I throw in Boy 8-Bit remix of ‘Back At The Club’ as well.
