UK band, Pendulum, known to us primarily for remixing Voodoo People way back when has been creating an eclectic selection of tunes moving liberally between drum and bass, electro and rock, all with this grimy electronic feel – as if they were using steam powered synthesizers, made of still-drying mud, then layered elegantly with all sorts of high pitched 90s acid reminiscent lines. They recently made their North American debut at Coachella and will now be touring the UK promoting the new album, so be sure to check out the Myspace page for tour info and a few delicious tracks (ie. Blood Sugar).
