That damn Parisian skinny white kid is at it again, our love affair with Institubes own Surkin started somewhere around the time of the Waters of Nazareth Release Party (ie. the good old days: when talk of a Justice full length *ALBUM* usually came up in prayers, and the EPs were about as common around here as wood from the one true cross) – video after the break. It was there we met the colorful cast of the Ed Rec crew; characters like Feadz, Uffie, Sebastian and co. But back to Surkin; he was sort of flying under our radar for a while after Ghetto Obs. and Radio Fireworks until he exploded again with stuff like White Knight ft. in that ree-donkulous mixtape Franki Chan gave us not long ago that err’body (us inclusive) is (still) losin’ their shit about. This brings us to the punchline – somewhere down the road Surkin threw down these EXCELLENT remixes of a Teki Latex track and a little something from Para-One. Shit is bangin’.
