Space Cowboy really doesn’t fill under the genre of Euro-beat persé… it is although just as cheesy and European.
Nick Dresti, regarded as Fatboy Slim’s protégé, has managed to take all of what’s “interesting” about electronic music right now (female “rappers”, laser guitars, high-pitched vocoders and neon lights) and use it towards his own adaptation of French house.
Funniest addition to Dresti’s recent releases is his inclusion of female UK rapper label-mate Nadia Oh. She might be smokin’ hot, but without the visual support she’s really nothing special and does a good job of making Uffie look like a pro.
